I am dealing with a work issue that has me feeling helpless and those of you who know me will understand how rare that is. The person involved has been bullied into resigning. They have written a letter addressing their concerns and sent it to the higher ups. Those people have come to meet to discuss the concerns here at the workplace! Which I feel is highly inappropriate. Also, the person who did the bullying was included in the meeting. Now those of us in the know are just dumbfounded. How in the world can we continue to work for a place that in no way supported or at least attempts to value its employees. Not sure what option are available and also not sure if pursuing any of them gets our name on a shitlist? what options are out there? this person has also been told if they discuss their concerns then disciplinary action will be taken against them!!!!! WTF?

Just sick to my stomach and absolutely floored about this situation.
